This fully automatic line processes material on rolls (carrier
material in combination with decorative fabric or carpet) into shaped,
trimmed and laminated interior parts.
Two unwinding stations are suitable for rollers up to 1500 mm wide and
400 kg and cut the materials to the desired length with a circular
saw.
The carrier material can first be heated in a hydraulic contact oven.
Then a robot places the decoration material on top. The combined
material is then fed via a Teflon tape to an oil-fired laminating
contact oven.
A transfer system then transfers the heated laminate to a 3500 kN
hydraulic frame press (table dimensions 2000 × 1500 mm, stroke 1200
mm, suitable for tools up to 16 tons).
In the press, the parts are shaped, separated and punched in one
movement. The robot then removes both the finished parts and the
residual material at the removal station.
The operator only needs to load the rolls and collect the finished
parts.
The installation has automatic, manual and service modes.
The safety features include light curtains, secure doors with locking,
a fall protection for the pressram and an extraction system for the
ovens.
The line operates at 400 V / 50 Hz, has a power of 350 kW and requires
6 bar of compressed air. The total dimensions are approximately 18.4
× 6.7 meters, with a height of 9.3 meters and a total weight of
approximately 81 tons.
