Group 1: Dry-type paint mist extraction system, model FARBMEISTER:

Model FARBMEISTER-25/30, including a stationary paint mist extraction wall with dry-type filtration. Baffle/filter area: H x W 2,790 x 3,140 mm (cardboard filter cells). Features a centrally positioned, solid baffle panel designed to reduce the maximum required airflow, tailored to the specific frames and casements being painted. Includes an additional pull-down pre-filter. This reduces the effective extraction area—and consequently the total airflow—from a standard ~14,000 m³/h to the required 10,500 m³/h. Also includes a 250 mm deep extension around the perimeter (left, right, and top) to improve the capture of overspray. A high-performance centrifugal fan (model L-EX 500) with a 5.0 kW motor, capable of an exhaust air volume of 10,500 m³/h (free-blowing), including all necessary ductwork and components to construct and install the extraction system—extending through the wall to the outside—as well as a manually adjustable exhaust air damper.
Group 2: Warm Air/Supply Air System for the Spray Booth:

BB 1,100 warm air/supply air system for the spray booth, including a supply air unit (model WZL110-com) equipped with an integrated heating coil (hot water connection, supply temperature +80°C). The unit has an air capacity of 10,500 m³/h and a 5.0 kW motor. The required heating capacity, based on a temperature differential (Delta-T) from -15°C to +22°C, is 137 kW. The system features an automatic louver damper at the air intake to seal off the ductwork and prevent cold air from entering when the system is not in operation. It also includes an explosion-proof warm-air thermostat designed to shut down the system in the event of a loss of heating capacity (hot water supply). This group encompasses all ductwork and supply air components, spanning from the external air intake to the air outlets in the distribution ceiling located above the spray wall. A cross-flow plate heat exchanger for heat recovery from the exhaust air duct leading outdoors, while simultaneously preheating the fresh air drawn in from outside. With an exhaust air temperature of +20°C and a fresh air temperature of -12°C, this results in an energy saving of approximately 58 kW of heating capacity. Includes all necessary duct and pipe components for integrating the exhaust and supply air lines with the plate heat exchanger, in accordance with the attached planning drawing. Also includes a maintenance/repair switch and a differential pressure monitor for supervising the intake filter. Please note that the heat exchanger core must remain easily accessible for routine maintenance and cleaning.
Group 3: Electrical System Control for Paint Mist Extraction:

Electrical system control for paint mist extraction, including a non-explosion-proof sheet steel control cabinet (Rittal or equivalent). The unit is fully internally wired in compliance with VDE 0100, 0113, and DIN 57113 standards. Features a lockable main switch on the front of the cabinet, as well as status and fault indicator lights for all relevant motors and displays. Includes primary fuses and PTC thermistor monitoring for the motors, along with terminal blocks for all connected components. An ON/OFF switch is provided for starting and stopping the paint mist extraction system from the external control cabinet. Evaporation control system for automatic ventilation (supply/exhaust) following the completion of spraying operations, adjustable via timers located in the control cabinet for specific time intervals (total runtime/evaporation time/pause duration). Includes an electronic temperature control system to continuously adjust the actual room temperature to the target temperature (set via a display on the control cabinet), along with four thermostats and a motorized three-way mixing valve. Features a potential-free contact to interlock the painting equipment whenever the technical ventilation system is inactive, as well as a contact output to trigger a hot-water request from the circulation pump. Also equipped with a maintenance/repair switch mounted on the supply air unit and a differential pressure sensor to monitor the contamination level of the intake filter.
