Digital sawing module

The digital sawing module has two blades arranged at 90 degrees apart
which can make 45° and 135° cuts. The maximum cutting capacity is
180 mm overall.

Numeric Y and Z axes

A mobile carriage receives all the blades of the digital sawing module.

It can move:

• 
  Horizontally thanks to a numerical Y-axis, which allows it to position itself
  depending on the profile to be cut, within the limit of the mechanical capacity of the module
  (here: 180 mm overall).
  


• 
  Vertically thanks to a digital Z axis, which allows it to stop at the end of the cut
  S51224454 in an optimized position in relation S51224454 to the machined profile, within the capacity limit
  module mechanics.
  

The cutting speed is adjustable according to the type of profile to be cut.

Pressers

The digital sawing module consists of a set of pressers that allow the profile to be cut to be clamped and maintained on the sawing reference.
