Descrizione:	Monoblocco di riempimento SIMONAZZI Europa N 48/8/8 macchina usato Used Simonazzi Europa Isobaric Monoblock 48 8 8 Suitable for the production of beer sparkling wine soft drinks both carbonated and non carbonated and mineral water in glass containers with a height of 130mm to 350 mm The monobloc is composed of a filling carousel of 48 Simonazzi Eurostar model taps with completely new pre evacuation vacuum self levelling and relative snift the bell rods are electropolished for perfect sliding and a very long life Flling system of Used Simonazzi Europa Isobaric Monoblock The sniff is equipped with a double seal to use the taps for both carbonated and non carbonated There is a vacuum pump with a water cooled ring The filling bell is tested for 7 Bar of pressure and is internally mirror electropolished with an internal inclination for maximum sanitization The 48 pistons are completely new in stainless steel and also the sliding bars and bearings are new and in stainless steel The central distributor of the Simonazzi Eurostar has sliding guides and ceramic seals The filler rises and lowers with an automatic pneumatic system with new nickel plated reducers and stainless steel worm screws It has a bottle bursting system with relative washing nozzles for the pistons tap and bell All gears reducers and motors are new and have been nickel plated with a high thickness The fifth wheels of both the filler and the two cappers are New The new base is completely in high thickness stainless steel made to be Ultra clean for maximum sanitization CApper part of the used monoblock for sale The two cappers of the Used Simonazzi Europa Isobaric Monoblock are both with 8 heads The first is a 26mm crown capper by Simonazzi also completely nickel plated and with new components The second is U4454234 a Zalkin for 28 mm aluminium Ropp cap Tallog with heads also by Zalchin The two cappers have electric height adjustment and are equipped with a release to work independently or one or the other if necessary The monobloc Simonazzi Eurostar has been designed to work assiduously and to have a very long life both in terms of maintenance and the life of the machinery The machine has numerous spare parts available all selected and sorted in a special cabinet The Used Simonazzi Europa Isobaric Monoblock is currently finished mechanically it needs the electrical and pneumatic system that can be customized as needed such as the format change [...for more information send your inquiry to the seller.] refno: M216 seller offer No. resale M216
