EASY is an automatic intermittent motion cartoner designed and built
for the insertion of single and multiple products inside a previously
formed box. It also allows the insertion of service accessories,
booklets, envelopes or flowpacks together with the products.

EASY guarantees the integrity of the packages. The machine
automatically checks all the packaging phases, indicating any
anomalies on the display and, if necessary, stopping the machine to
allow control.
Equipped with an AK162 intermittent motion blister feeding system,
designed to M51258273 introduce a series of products to be packaged
pre-established by the cartoner’s control logic.
Can manage various types of cases with different closure types:
interlocking with even and alternate flaps, without closure with
wallet forming, four flaps hot glue, glue on one side and interlocking
on the other, interlocking even flaps with glue points, interlocking
plus additional flap closed with glue.
