This APV Gaulin MC120 homogeniser is a 5-cylinder machine which is designed for 25.000 liter per hour with a maximum pressure of 210 bar. The homogensier is equipped with 2-stages with poppet valve cylinder and a MICRO-GAP homogenizing valve assembly which is especially for non-abrasive, low viscosity dairy products. The highly efficient MICRO-GAP valve will enable to operate at up to 40% lower pressure, while giving you the same or better product quality and saves energy and reduction in the machine drive-end loading. Manometer on both stages. Piston diameter: 70 mm. Motor: 160 kW - 380 V - 281 Amp - 50 Hz - 1483 rpm. Oil pumping system inside the machine. Stainless steel cladded. Feetplates available. Note: the head is cracked, needs to be repaired / renewed., General application:, High pressure homogenizers are used to break up the fat globules contained in the milk under high pressure and thus distribute them evenly in the milk.
