The ROTOTEMP 1,5 is a scraped surface heat exchanger for cooling or heating various products, with a heat exchange surface of 1,5 m2. The heat exchanger consists of a jacketed outside cylinder and a jacketed internal cylinder. The outside jacket is insulated and finished with stainless steel sheeting.
