YTRON Y2 jet stream batch mixer homogeniser driven by a 7.5kw 2950rpm 415v ExIId rated flameproof motor. The unit is attached to and pivots on the pneumatically raised and lowered carriage section of a mobile all stainless steel frame. When the mixing head is operated in the product an axial flow condition is generated which uniformly distributes the solids phase, eliminating aeration, sedimentation and particle floating. A 40mm dia 750mm long feed tube allows external addition of a separate liquid or solid phase directly into the homogenising head. All wetted parts have a mirror polished finish. When not in use the unit can be inverted and parked vertically on the carriage frame. This item is in unused condition. Overall dimensions 1.1m x 1.5m x 1.92m high.

Working Principle: The powder is sucked in by the strong negative pressure created by the ZC-reactor head.
