The machine designed for even the most demanding challenges is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, guaranteeing excellent cutting quality at low operating costs. During the performed process, the robust structure with welded bed frame achieves excellent mechanical properties as well as high stability and rigidity. Sheet metal made of e.g. aluminium, brass and stainless steel is machined by a cutting head with many useful functions. One of these features is Auto Focus, which automatically adjusts the focal position to compensate for errors or failures. Furthermore, the cutting head is able to detect protruding obstacles, which can cause damage and high maintenance costs. We offer for sale a Bodor 3kW combined fibre laser for burning sheet metal and profiles. Max. size of sheets 15253050, length of profiles 6m. Delivered to the Czech Republic 11/2023, put into operation 1/2024. Price without transport and installation at destination. Technical specification on request.

The machine is in good technical condition. Cutting power 2kW, working area 2x4m. Two exchange tables, MaxPhotonics 2000W laser source. The machine has an option with automatic replacement of cutting nozzles. The machine also includes a Tigemma FSD 4850/76/ATS suction (4850m3/h, power consumption 5.5kW). Year of manufacture of extraction 2018, filter cartridges changed in 11/2022 (currently they have 1656mh mileage, last 5-6000mh). The total suction start is 8366mh. The machine only works in single-shift operation. In January 2023, the Z-axis was repaired, the new linear guide of the cutting head + trapezoidal screw with housing was carried out.
