Used Molteni two-tank dissolver. The mixer has two tanks with capacity. 2,500 liters each. While mixing in the first tank, the second tank is emptied. Next the agitator from first tank is hydraulically lifted and transfferd to second tank. During mixing tank is rotated counter to the rotation of the dispersing disc. Hydraulic drive of the agitator. EX. Tank has a manual product scraper from the sides.

Stock# U2301-1 Second hand stainless steel contact parts twin shaft planetary dissolver by Molteni type TM5 RP.SV. Mixer has stainless steel jacketed mixing pan with internal diameter 207 mm x depth 213 mm. Total volume of pan is 7 l, working volume about 5 l. Mixing pan has side wall bottom discharge outlet. Mixer has two agitators with toothed discs and one wall scrapper.
