This baling line was made by AUTEFA in year 1999. The line has been used to press bales from a fibrous by-product from a pulp process, and is suitable for different kinds of man-made and natural materials, including cotton, wool, straw, paper, plastic etc. The baling system consists of four parallel infeed and pre-pressing lines, two main presses with wrapping and strapping functions, a two-lane rail system to and from the presses and an automated warehouse system in two floors including a lift for product bales, stackers, labelers and conveyors. The system can bale two different materials simultaneously, as each fiber line is assigned to a different pre-press.

Working description:

The material is pneumatically conveyed via an air tube to a vertical dosing system. The material is separated from the transporting airflow and collected into a chamber, which cyclically releases the accumulated material into another collection chamber below it. Once the desired amount is collected to the second chamber, it is gravitationally released to a pre-pressing unit below. In the pre-pressing unit, the material is pressed into a bin, which is then transported via the rail system to the main press. The main press unit presses the bale into desired dimensions, removes the bin and wraps plastic straps and film around the bale. The bin is then transported back to pre-pressing unit and the bale to an automated warehouse via the two-lane rail system.

brand new VTL with C-axis and Siemens controller 1. Main application and construe feature The machine is three axes association with multi-function precision machine. It can realize the application of rough and finish machining for various materials like casting, forging, ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal as well as non-metal. 1.1 Turning function: This machine tool is suitable to cut the materials of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal as well as non-metal, by high speed steel tools and hard alloy tools, on the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, rotating curved surface, flat surface, metric and British thread, spiral oil groove on the cylindrical face, etc., for the rough and fine turning. 1.2 Milling, drilling and reaming: It can machine plane, part plane, groove on the plane. It can carry on milling, boring, drilling and reaming holes, thread holes and slant holes. It can also milling key slot on external and internal cylinder surface. 2. Working Condition 2.1 Electrical power: 50Hz±1Hz?380V±10% 2.2 Compressor air: 0.4~0.5Mpa 2.3 Temperature: 5?~40? 2.4 Relative humidity:=85% 2.5 Air dielectric: Non-corrosive medium 3. Design introduction The machine is double columns vertical model with advanced and reliable structure. Sealing devices is for main spindle to aviod any coolant effection. Long working time and high working capacity is by providing well material and percison manufacture. Indexing table is adopted for any position indexing. 4. Main specification see above 5.1 Main structure The machine structure adopts double columns with moveable crossrail and double toolheads. The structure consist of table base, main gearbox, gantry frame, crossrail, slider, toolhead, milling feeding gearbox, hydraulic system, platform, CNC system. There are two vertical toolheads. The left one is for turning function, and the left one is turning and milling function. Vertical movement of ram is inside of toolhead body. Three axes association while milling function, two axes association can be achieved while turning function. Horizontal feeding movement of toolhead is on the crossrail guideway. The crossrail is moving vertically to achieve differ high jobs. 5.2 Table base Casting iron material HT250 is for base with close frame structure by integrating casting and machining. The table is casted by 3 parts for convenience transportation. Well scraping to ensure the movement stable against table guideway and base. Wear resistance material are adopted on the base guideway, and oil static pressure groove also adopts on the base guideway. The multi-points oil distributor is distributing the oil with constant flow oil for hydrostatic guideway. The radial direction biserial cylindrical roller bearings is adopted for table centering while at axle direction adopts pre-loading constant flow hydrostatic guideway with heavy load capacity. One more bearing is for limiting the table floating. Temperature sensor on the guideway measuring the guideway temperature, and temperature can be read on the operation panel. The table will stop while the temperature is over 60?. DC motor drives two shifts gearbox to drive table rotary movement, the high precision circular grating from HEIDENHAIN is mounted in the center of table. DC servo motor drives table indexing by cog belt via gearbox to drive the table rotary movement. The milling indexing off while turning, and turning off while milling. The position encoder is mounted inside of main gearbox. The working table is designed with T-groove on the top surface based on the Standards, with the arrangement of 8 jaws on it. 5.3 Main gearbox Vertical spinlde structure for gearbox is driven by powerful AC motor. There is one floating shaft between two gears for gap elimation by oil pressure pushing. During milling function, the oil pressure to push the shaft up to pre-load to elimated the gap, and during turning function, the pressure is released to make the two gears working. 5.4 Toolheads and sliders Toolhead and ram are moving on the pre-load constant float hydrostatic guideway, and driven by AC servo motor by pre-load ballscrew nuts. Toolhead moves along with crossrail guideway, and the relief beam will load the weight of toolhead. Balance compensation also adopted in the CNC system. Hydraulic balance system with the ram ensures the working accuracy. HEIDENHAIN optic scale is for toolhead moving full-closing loop positioning system for X and X1 axes. And semi-close loop controls ram moving system. The sectional area of the ram is in square; the rams are made from top quality steel alloy and treated by nitride hardening and finely ground. The section size is 300×300. The milling motor and gearbox are mounted on the top of right toolhead. The tools rotary is drive by the motor via the milling spindle inside of ram. The clamping and releasing device is mounted in the ram for easy changing the tools. The milling spindle is driven by SIEMENS motor 28 kw 1000 RPM, and the driven system adopts SIEMENS drive system. The oil cylinder pushes 4 collects to realize auto clamping the attachments. 5.5 Gantry Frame ? Gantry frame is consisting of right and left columns, top rail, connecting rail and screw transmission device, and high intensity, low stress for the main parts. The motor is mounted on the top rail, and it drives screw movement via worm gear box. Connecting rail is welding part, and several times annealing treatment and releasing the stress to be done during manufacturing. 5.6 Crossrail Crossrail is made of casting iron, and the guideway on crossrail has done the well scraping to ensure the accuracy. The relief beam and CNC compensation can ensure the toolhead accuracy movment. The clamping device principle is oil pressure for releasing and plate spring for clamping. The oil clamping station is mounted on the crossrail. Crossrail guide and crossrail downwards column guide adopts stainless steel telescope protection cover. The oil return groove is allocated under the crossrail for oil return. 5.7 Machine hydraulic system The machine hydraulic system is consist of lubrication system and hydrostatic system. The lubrication is automaticly controlled. Machine hydrostatic system includes table hydrostatic guideway, slider hydrostatic guideway, ram hydrostatic guideway. The oil supplied by multi-ponits pump with one pocket one pump to reduce the friction. It can achieve the high accuracy of the guideway. 2. Electrical Part 6.1 The machine adopts Siemens 840Dsl CNC control system for providing the standard CNC system arrangement with 10.4?LCD screem. (min. input value: 0.001mm; input increment: 0.001mm; max. programmable size: = + 99999.9mm; program memory =256 Kbyte). 6.2The measuring element of CNC axis: liner optic scale for X axis, Circular grating for C axis are full close loop, and servo motor with encoder for Z axis is semi-close loop. 6.3:Following function for CNC system: Standard CNC function of 840DSL 3 axes association interpolation for milling function, and 2 axes association interpolation for turning function. Technology

All the pipes can be cleaned and sterilized in the circuit over the pump included.

a) In the mash boiler the mash will be cooked, then it will be pumped with one beer pump made of stainless steel from mash boiler to the lauter tun.
b) After the lauter wort will be pumped back to the mash boiler.
c) After emptying the lauter tun the grit floor will be removed. The lauter tun will be changed to a whirlpool.
d) After cooking the hops a special injection valve is introduced inside the lauter tun so that it can be used as a whirlpool.
