The MONA system is used to improve the quality of the concentrate before loading. The quality is improved by pasteurization of the finished product with the possibility of its pre-treatment on a plate filter. The use of appropriate filter plates allows to reduce the turbidity of the juice and obtain better microbiological parameters by eliminating bacterial spores resistant to the temperatures used in pasteurization.
Technical description of the device
The device consists of the following elements:
five-section plate exchanger, on which the temperature is raised to the set temperature (pasteurization), and then the temperature is reduced
a coil to keep the product at the pasteurization temperature I4423973
two-section plate filter
control cabinet with a touch screen for operating the device
cooling water preparation section, consisting of a cooling unit for glycol cooling, a storage tank and a glycol circulation pump, and an additional circulation pump for cooling water
Cooling system
Based on two COPELAND semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors.
The capacity of the glycol tank is approx. 3 m3
