Stock # U2352-4 Used stainless steel lab size mobile fluid bed dryer by Glatt model GPCG-1. Working volume of drying chamber up to 4.5 l. Operating pressure 0.79 bar. Machine is equipped with two stainless steel cones - one for coating process, second for drying. Coating cone is also equipped with 4 stainless steel screens. Nozzle not included. Electric power supply for heating 4 kW. Working temperature range from 10 up to 140 C. Dryer is equipped with centrifugal fan driven by el. motor 2.2 kW, 2850 rpm, 220-230/380-400 V, 50 hz. Compressed air - pressure 6 bar.

Used fluid bed dryer made by Glatt, model WSG-60 - New: 1978. - All documents for the WSG are still available and filed in a folder. - The fluidized bed dryer works perfectly and has been upgraded with a modern frequency converter. - WSG is easy to regulate, which allows processing/drying of different products. - There are two boilers, each 240 liters. This allows one batch to be processed while preparing the next batch. - Nine filter bags, so it can be used for different products or when some filters need to be cleaned. - The machine is currently still connected. - Test of new user product possible. - The machine is being sold due to a company liquidation.
