Flowwrap machine for very economic high speed OPP film packaging (clear, printed or laminated) of one or more, evenly or unregular shaped, dry, small products. Infeed table with automatic transport through pushers into the machine. Film supply from the top. Automatic folding and sealing. Print mark sensor included. PID temperature control. Machine stopping in selected position to avoid film sticking to the knife. Optional: gas flushing device. - Technical Specifications: max. film width: 180mm | 4 rotating knives | 220V, 2.4kW | no compressed air required | max. speed of the machine in neutral: 330 cycles/min | max. bag (not product) dimensions (mm): L(45-90)xW(30-80)xH(0-35) | machine dimensions (mm): L3770xW670xH1450 | weight (net/gross): 700/750kg. The machine has to operate with minimum of 30 cycles per minute to avoid premature melting of the OPP film.
