Pump valves material: Tungsten Carbide (WC), plungers material: solid ceramic. Homogenizer is driven by an electric engine 15 kW/400V/50 HZ. Overall dimensions 1120 mm (length) x 1350 mm (width) x 1500 mm (height). Weight : 1300 kg. Manufactured 2014.

Homogeniser with 6500 l/h and 250 bar pressure for milk and milk flavoured products A new electrical cabinet was built for this machine in 10/2016 and is part of delivery. Last maintenance by GEA was performed in 2016 and machine has not been used since. Machine is still installed in the dairy and can be removed on short notice.

Niro-tech RX-150 single shaft paddle mixer, This RX-150 is made of stainless steel. The machine allows mixing in both directions. It is equipped with a single mixing shaft and moisture proof button control panel. Motor power 1.5 kW provides 5-48 rot. /min. The tank capacity is 150 liters, which allows filling it with 110 kg of meat. Unloading provided by tilting the drum to about 96 degrees.
