Wet Aseptic Filling Line Krones PET 18000 bph Excellent condition Krones Dry Aseptic PET line for non-carbonated demanding products like smoothies, juices and dairy products without CO2. The line was commissioned in year 2018 by Krones and having only less than 12000 total operating hours. This line was purchased by current owner for contract filling so called Innocent Smoothies in 250ml, 360ml and 750 ml PET bottles with D38ml neck format. Overview The PET bottling line mainly contains machines from Krones and Meypack and was installed in 2011 in a German mineral water company. It was operated in the same location with a returnable PET bottling line and the two lines were sharing the same filler. Therefore the number of operating hours on the machines of this line are very low, as mainly returnable PET bottles were produced. The filler will we kept inside the returnable PET bottling line, therefore the line is sold without a filler. As the sales volume of non-returnable PET has reduced further, the line is stopped and for sale. We offer the labeler after comprehensive overhaul and modernization (including cabinet). The machine is designed for bonding three paper labels on glass bottle. Implementation of fully stainless steel. Labeller is equipped with two stations: - adhesive label front, neck and back label. Scanning system and label transfer is based on the pallets, which select a label from a magazine, transfer it onto the gripper drum and then onto bottle. The machine is extremely stable and reliable. Several pre-evacuation steps and the bottle treatment with gas from the ring ensure minimum oxygen. Sensomatic Filler can work without problem with beer directly after Flasch pasterisation, with beer temperature of 15 Celcius, or even more.
