1 of used KHS/Kisters trayshrinkpacker model TSP 060 B (Basic) TPFO (suitable for packaging loose products as tray, tray + film, pad + film or film-only), new 2010, Rockwell (Allen Bradley) plc, capacity upto 60 packs/minute, operating direction: left to right. Can handle both clear and print-registered film. Quick change-over via servos and spindles. This equipment was originally supplied to pack diameter 66.5 mm (500 ml) and 67 mm (600 ml) PET bottles as 4x3=12 or 6x4=24 bottles loose either as tray + film, pad + film, or Film-Only. Only ran as Film-Only from day one. Last used for food cans 73 mm as 3x2=6 and 4x3=12 as well as 99 mm as 3x2=6 on tray + film.

1 of used film-only shrink wrapper, make ZVT (KHS), type SP030V, new 2000. Operating side: left. Capacity 30 cycles/minute nominal, 35 cpm in overspeed. Siemens S7 PLC. Indramat EcoDrive servo's. Used for PET bottles in clear and print-registered shrink-wrap film as: 500 ml, D 63.5 x H 230 mm, 3x2=6, dual-lane, 1.000 ml, D 80 x H 281 mm, 3x2=6, dual-lane, and 1.500 ml, D 89 x H 332 mm, 3x2=6, dual-lane. Future option (no parts supplied) was 2.000 ml, D 100 x H 349 mm, 3x2=6 and 2x2=4, dual-lane.

With 2x self-adhesive aggregate AVERY, 1x wet glue aggregate, 1x format set, spare parts, format parts and documentation, machine was maintained regularly.

Output: 5100 bags/min, bag dimensions: 140x300mm, connected load: 39kVA, with Carton Erector ETT TFS 40 HL X and additional format parts.

1 of used KHS/Kisters SP100V film-only shrink-packer (multi-packer) operating from right to left, with CB120 laner/divider, new 2004. Capacity upto 100 cycles/minute. The SP 100V was supplied/modified to pack standard (66 mm diameter x heights 115/168 mm) 330 ml (500 ml in future) beverage cans as: 2x2=4 3-lanes, 3x2=6 3-lanes, 4x2=8 2-lanes, 3x3=9 2-lanes and 4x3=12 2-lanes. The CB120 was designed to lane the 6-packs from 3 to 2 lanes and divide the 8-packs (previously turned from long- to short-side leading) from 2 to 3 lanes. Combined controls for the above machines as wells as inter-connecting pack conveyors. Interconnecting conveyors also available.

With documentation, without accessories or spare parts, has been maintained regularly, elements have already been removed from the control cabinet, the electrics need to be renewed.
