The Tetra Pak Tetra Alex Modified” 25 (TAM25/160BAR) is an
industrial, three-cylinder high-pressure homogeniser designed for the
homogenisation of milk and other liquid food products. The machine has
a maximum design capacity of up to 12.600 litres per hour at a maximum
pressure of 160 bar. With the currently installed motor, the capacity
is set at approximately 10,000 litres per hour at 160 bar., The
homogeniser is equipped with a two-stage homogenisation system
featuring mushroom-type valve cylinders, ensuring efficient and
consistent product homogenisation. The operating pressure can be
hydraulically adjusted via the controls on the front panel. Pressure
gauges are installed for monitoring the operating pressure. The
machine features a stainless steel-clad exterior and an integrated oil
pumping system for lubrication. It is driven by a 55 kW electric motor
and supplied with a control panel incorporating a frequency converter
