POL-SERVICE Majcher – manufacturer and supplier of plastic processing machines with over 30 years of experience.

We offer a PSMD 65 twin screw extruder (65/132), a brand-new machine manufactured by POL-SERVICE Majcher, designed for plastic processing – ideal as the core of an extrusion line for profiles, pipes, as well as pelletizing / regranulation and compounding.

Twin screw extruders are particularly recommended wherever several types of plastics are processed, high homogenisation, intensive mixing and efficient degassing are required, and product quality must remain stable over time.

The machine is new, never used in production, built in Poland by POL-SERVICE Majcher and covered by a 12-month warranty.

Warranty

Tests, technological acceptance and commissioning

– It is possible to carry out test runs of the extruder at our facility using the Customer’s material – this allows verification of performance and optimisation of process parameters for the specific application.
– The machine price includes a technological acceptance with a trial run at our plant using the Customer’s material.
– At extra cost, we can provide on-site commissioning at the Customer’s plant and staff training in operation, adjustment and basic maintenance.

On request we can support you with:

– selection and integration of auxiliary equipment (feeders, die heads, melt pumps, cooling tanks, haul-offs, pelletizers),
– integration of the PSMD 65 extruder into an existing or newly designed production line.
