Overview This Kettner Robot 3A palletizing system is designed for the
automatic palletizing of shrink packs and PET bottle packs onto Euro
pallets. The system is currently configured for 6-pack shrink packs
with 0.5 l PET bottles, arranged with 36 packs per layer.The machine
can process several formats, including 0.5 l one-way PET, 0.5 l
returnable PET and 1.5 l one-way PET. The system consists of a blue
Kettner robot / palletizing column, mechanical layer transfer head,
infeed conveyors for shrink packs, pallet roller conveyors, pallet
lifting / palletizing station and protective safety fencing. The
output is set as a maximum performance of up to 68 pallets/hour. The
palletizing area is fully enclosed by wire-mesh safety fencing with
access gates, warning lights and operator controls. The system is
suitable for high-speed end-of-line palletizing in beverage
