doses a powder or granulate continuously and gravimetrically into a
liquid stream and mixes it inline, directly feeding a filling line.
Designed for shear-sensitive products: the inline mixer works with low
shear tools with back-mixing effect. Capacity 600–1500 kg/h (based
on a product density of 1.43 kg/l), dosing accuracy ±2.5%. Hygienic
design in stainless steel to ASME BPE, Ra 0.8, and fully CIP-capable
up to 95 °C.Included:Inline mixer type PMXR, stainless steel, 8:
