描述
Production line of suppositories and ova made of strips of PVC, PVDC, PVC + PE and aluminum.
The working procedure requires 2 coils that are aligned to be welded and honeycombed in the forming station.
The cells are then sheathed at the bottom and pre-cut.
Then the cells pass under the dosing station to be filled.
After filling, the cells are cut into strips of 28 or 30 suppositories, in order to obtain the suppositories by 4, 5, 6 or 7 depending on the size of the cells and the spacer.
The belts then enter the cooling tunnel which solidifies the product.
At the outlet, the strips enter the heat sealing station where they are welded, sealed and codified before being trimmed at the top.
Finally, the strips are cut into segments according to the desired quantity.
The line is composed of 3 elements, the cell forming block and filling, the cooling tunnel and the upper welding and cutting station.
It is possible to provide an electrical and electronic upgrade with a new PLC and a touch screen for the control of the line at an additional cost: 9500€
Sold without the cooling unit but we can provide one as an extra.
