Unused Hermann Waldner 755 litre total capacity stainless steel 316 L vertical reactor, working capacity approx. 600 litre. Internal polished Ra ≤ 0.4; internal dimensions 900 mm diameter x 975 mm straight side height x approx. 2100 mm total height. Has bolted dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Internal rated -1/4 bar maximum pressure at -10/150°C maximum internal temperature. Stainless steel jacket rated -1/6 bar maximum pressure at -10/150°C maximum temperature, jacket is insulated claded by stainless steel. Has bottom entry agitator driven through gear box by 0.75 kW, 1440 rpm, 50 Hz electric motor; adjustable E4561673 speed of the agitator. Top head connections include (1) DN150 diameter manway. Central bottom discharge. Includes control panel with product temperature display, pressure display and agitator speed display. Mounted on (4) legs with wheels.
